Ao Yun’s Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 was crafted at the foot of the Himalayas at an altitude of 8,500 feet. Produced entirely by hand, it is only the fourth vintage released by the estate. Take dinner for two to new heights by sipping it alongside braised short ribs or black pepper rib eye steak.
