Rock Angel is the first Côtes de Provence rosé of its kind to introduce oak aging to its winemaking techniques. Aged 30% in French oak barrels with a Sancerre-esque minerality for the serious rosé drinker, it is a versatile wine with an edge that pairs beautifully with seafood.
