Once your order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder. If you have an account, you can also confirm and check the status of your orders in your account.

Our products make great gifts! Gift messages can be added to an order free of charge and included in your package. Currently we can offer one gift note per order only.

If you are purchasing multiple gifts with different gift messages, we recommend that you place separate orders for each gift.

Presentation is an important part when experiencing our brands! Your order will be placed in one of our signature Our Cellar boxes that will be great either for gifting or for self-indulging. For a sneak peak, you can take a look at it here.

The vast majority of our packaging is made from recycled materials and all of it can be recycled/upcycled once you're done. You can also reuse our boxes to store any other items in your cellar!
