Newton’s hands-off approach to winemaking led them to create one of the nation’s first unfiltered wines. Local yeasts were used to preserve the fruit essence of this naturally fermented Chardonnay. Aged in oak, it has a rich texture and boasts aromas of lemon tart, followed by citrus and chamomile.
